Q) How does the referral process work?
A) You fill out the on-line inquiry form for the type of project that you need
done, we review the request and will contact you within 24 hours of the inquiry
if we need to clarify anything, then we'll match your request with our
pre-screened, customer rated member contractors that best match your needs, and
timeframe...then up to 3 contractors will be contacting you to put together an
estimate...you pick which one is the best fit and have the work done....when
its over we'll be back in contact with you to complete a brief customer
satisfaction survey for that contractor.
Q) Is there a cost to me for this service?
A) None, our member service professionals pay a nominal fee to receive
interested customer inquiries.
Q) Will you sell or market my personal information?
A) No, please see our privacy
statement.
Q) How do you pre-screen your members?
A) Through careful review of service professionals, the Better Business Bureau,
MN Licensing Boards, as well as utilizing customer reviews
Q) How are members matched to my project?
A) Twin City Referral.com is a local company which has personally interviewed
each member. We match each member to a project based upon location, timeframe,
project scope, and capabilities.
